Terms & Conditions

Nursery fees are payable a month in advance by the 7th of each calendar month.  We accept debit cards, cash, cheques (must include cheque guarantee card no. and child’s name on the back of the cheque) and can arrange standing order payments.  Fees will be required in full for any periods of absence, which includes holidays or sickness.  Fees will not be charged during Bank Holidays. All payments are recorded and dated, an invoice and receipt are given to parents and carers, and a copy is held at Nursery.

Registration secures the place for the child within the Nursery; unless demand dictates otherwise (children will then be placed on a waiting list until a space becomes available).

A registration fee of £30 will be charged, and will be refunded to your first month’s fees.

We require a month’s notice in writing if you wish to change your child’s set registration days.

A month’s notice is required, in writing, to cancel or withdraw your child’s place from Nursery. Any fees outstanding for your notice period must be paid in full.  If your payments fall into arrears your place may be withdrawn, and any outstanding fees must be paid in full, and may be placed in the hands of a Credit Control Agency.  We are here for you to discuss any problems.  The Manager reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time.

If your child has an illness or sickness that is infectious or contagious, for health and safety reasons and to prevent cross infection, they will be excluded from Nursery (please see Exclusions and Sickness Policy). If your child has a bump to the head or injury prior to attending Nursery, parents or carers MUST make Nursery staff aware and sign and date an incident entry log. The Nursery is open between the hours of 8am until 6pm five days a week, 52 weeks a year excluding statutory Bank Holidays, and Christmas holidays.
(Please read Price Guide and Admissions Policy)

If you have any problems or complaints with the Nursery or its staff, please do not hesitate to speak to the Manager at any time,(either in person or by telephone). Nursery Policies are available for parents to read at any time, e.g. Behaviour, Equal Opportunities, Sickness and Exclusion, Special Educational Needs and Complaints Procedure. They are situated in the Parents Guide which is displayed on the Parents Notice Board (main hall).
