Full Day Care
Session between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (includes breakfast, hot nutritious lunch, tea and refreshments)

at a cost of £35.00 per day.
Full week is discounted at a cost of £165.00 per week.

Half-Day Care - Am Session
- between the hours of 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. (includes breakfast and lunch), at a cost of £23.00 per session.

Half-Day Care - Pm Session
- between the hours of 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. (includes tea and refreshments), at a cost of £22.00 per session.

*Minimum requirement-one half-day care session per week*

Nursery Opening Hours/Admission & Collection Times
The Nursery opens promptly at 8 a.m. Monday to Friday and closes at 6 p.m. Children will not be admitted before opening hours unless prior permission has been granted by the Nursery Manager.If your child will be absent or late for any reason, notification must be made to the Nursery Manager. This is essential to prevent disruption to staff:children ratios within the nursery, and to ensure the welfare, health and safety of the children.

Children MUST be signed in and out of the Daily Register by Parents/Guardians.

Children attending half day care should be collected before lp.m. for AM sessions and admitted after 1 p.m. for PM sessions, as staff:children ratios are strictly adhered to.
Parents who are late collecting their children may incur a late charge unless arrangements have been made with the Nursery Manager. (Late Charge/Hour charge - £10).

Meals and refreshments are served at various times throughout the day. Qualified cooks freshly prepare all meals for the children on the premises. Set menu available on request.

Payment of Fees
Parents will receive an invoice before the beginning of each calendar month. Fees MUST be paid a month in advance during the first week of each calendar month. This is in order to secure your child's place at Nursery, which includes any periods of absence e.g. holidays, sickness. We accept debit cards, cash, childcare vouchers and can also arrange standing order payments. If payments are made by cheque, the child's name and cheque guarantee card number MUST be written on the back, as any cheques returned unpaid will incur a charge of £10.

Parents Information

All parents are welcome to attend the Nursery to view our excellent facilities, meet all our qualified staff, and to read our policies, which are always available. Parking is not permitted on the drive adjacent to the Nursery. A car park is available at the rear of the Nursery for parents, which has a limited amount of parking spaces.
